Quality Policy

Building Engineering Consultants Group (BECG) is a Building Engineering Company carrying out design, planning supervisor services, new build and refurbishment works.

The Company is committed to providing a quality service to its Clients which accurately interprets their requirements and satisfies their expectations in an innovative, economic and efficient manner.

BECG will achieve these aims through the operation of an Integrated Management System. This addresses the following key issues developed in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.

· The maximization of client satisfaction.

· Predictability of performance.

· Collaborative working with our supply chain.

· Continuous improvement of our supply chain.

· Securing targeted opportunities through preferred methods of procurement.

· The development and retention of people.

This policy and its aims are communicated and understood throughout the Company as necessary and are reviewed to ensure continually improving performance.

Direct Reward Commission
Any client who directly presents a new client to BECG and contract to design/build estate by full payment or Payment Plan is entitled to a Direct Reward Commission of 1% to 2% from total payment per new contract transaction depending on the Plans signed in.

Contract and Consecutive Contracts

Clients may contracts with BECG at any time throughout the year. This open contract policy allows clients to begin their projects at a time that is convenient for them.

Upon completion of any contract with BECG, a client may contract again, and receive a discounted fee rate for the second contract and so on

Health and Safety Policy Statement

BECG acknowledges and accepts its statutory responsibility for securing the health, safety and welfare of all its employees and others involved with the activities of the company. The company recognizes this responsibility as a fundamental duty amongst others for the successful operation of the business.
